Chelsea Ozaeta is a lifelong reader, children’s book author, and the founder of Tiny Chapters. With a background in education and years of experience supporting teachers and families, Chelsea writes stories that help young children navigate big feelings with empathy and connection. Her debut picture book, Mommy, Are You Mad at Me?, was inspired by tender real-life moments with her son. She resides in Southern California and is passionate about creating gentle, relatable stories for the next generation of readers.
